What is GradeFund?
GradeFund, a social-funding platform that offers students merit-based sponsorships from family, friends, and corporations is helping to ease that burden
How does GradeFund work?
Students sign up for a free account. Once they are a registered member they seek sponsorships from family, friends and corporations. Student’s who receives a sponsorship must submit a verified transcript at the end of the semester, before requesting a check for money earned. Students can also participate in corporate “Earn Money” campaigns which may require them to write an essay or follow on Twitter. Each corporate campaign will have different rules how sponsorships are rewarded.
Can anyone sign up for GradeFund?
Gradefund is open to anyone. A student can sign up to earn sponsorships and anyone else can sign up to sponsor a student.

GradeFund’s unique platform exists creating a social impact in the lives of students by rewarding those who strive for and achieve good grades.
Students
How much does GradeFund charge students for an account?
Accounts are totally free. Students will pay a 5% withdraw fee to receive money they have earned.
How does GradeFund work for students?

What is the Earn Money section all about?
Earn Money is extra opportunities for students to earn money by participating in corporate campaigns. These could be as simple as following someone on Facebook or submitting an essay. Each campaign is different and has its own rules.
How do I get my money?
After your transcripts have been verified, all you need to do is log into your account and request either a check or paypal transfer.
Where do I submit my transcripts?
Original transcripts should be mailed to our PO Box – GradeFund Inc., PO Box 742, Northbrook, IL 60065

How much does GradeFund charge sponsors for an account?
Sponsor accounts are completely free
How do I sponsor a student?
Simply create an account, fund it for the amount you wish to sponsor and then connect your account with the student(s) you wish to sponsor.
How much should I sponsor a student for?
You can sponsor a student for $5 or $5,000, it is up to you. If you sponsor a student for $100 and they are taking 5 classes, you are giving them $20 per class.
Is there a fee to sponsor a student?
No, we do not take any money from the sponsor. 100% is placed into the students account.
When does the money go to the student?
Money is only paid to the student after they have completed the semester and submitted a verified transcript. You can rest assured that you are only paying for grades the student has earned.
What happens if a student doesn’t meet expectations?
If a student doesn’t meet expectation any extra money is returned to your sponsor account for you to sponsor that student the next semester or a pick a new student to sponsor.

We have a search section which will help you find student profiles that you may be interested in.

How do corporations get involved on GradeFund?

Can corporations directly sponsor students on GradeFund?
Yes, Corporations can be student sponsors as well. This is a great way to incent current employees or children of current employees to achieve better grades in school.
What is the best way to get involved?
We have so many ways to get involved. Start by sponsoring a student or contact us to learn more about developing a corporate campaign to meet your specific objectives.
